Using art without Sonya’s permission.

Reproduction rights are the exclusive property of Sonya Fedotowsky.  Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is illegal.  Making copies of any art by Sonya Fedotowsky and selling it in any form without a contract with the artist is against the law, and the artist will prosecute all infringement to the full extent of the law.  ALL of Sonya’s art is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.  For detailed information on Copyright laws go to www.copyright.gov

Free art usage

You may save images from this web site to your personal home computer for personal nonprofit use.  You may not scan, print, or distribute Sonya Fedotowsky’s art.

Free use of images from this web site is permitted for personal nonprofit web sites under these conditions:

1. Save the image to your server. 

2. Do not alter the image except for proportonal resizing, and do not remove the copyright.

3. Include with the image text that says “Artwork by Sonya Fedotowsky www.forestelf.com “with a link to this web site.

Purchasing Information

Credit Card through Paypal - When you click the “Add to Cart” or “Buy” button below each item, you will be purchasing that item through Paypal which is a secure credit card payment service.  Paypal orders will use USPS Priority Mail shipping rates.  For more information about Paypal, go to www.paypal.com.

Checks can be mailed for items you wish to purchase. Please send an email to Sonya at fromnarnia@hotmail.com stating which item(s) you are purchasing with your name and address. You will be emailed an invoice which will include shipping prices.  Print a copy of your invoice and send it with the check to:

Please note that items paid for by check will not be mailed to you until the check has cleared.

Shipping Prices are United States Postal Service Priority Mail flat rates.  Priority Mail provides faster service than standard mail. Orders over 10.00 will also have USPS insurance rates added on for insurance against damages. 

Wholesale Prices are available for retailers. Contact Sonya at fromnarnia@hotmail.com for information on wholesale.
